Orhun Student Exchange Program is a program that supports student and faculty exchanges in accordance with the protocols established between the members of the Turkish Kenesi Association of Turkish Universities. Application Time and Process
Applications to the
Orhun Student Exchange Program are usually accepted in May and June. Each university calls for applications by publishing protocol and quota information on its website. Applications are accepted so that they are valid for the next academic year.
Periods of Mobility
Students can participate in the exchange program in the fall or spring semester, or to cover both semesters. The fall period usually covers September-January, while the spring period covers February-May. These periods may vary by university

About Orhun Lecturer Mobility Program
The Orhun Lecturer Mobility Program involves lecturers in one higher education institution carrying out teaching activities in another higher education institution. This program aims to increase academic and cultural cooperation.
Application Time and Process
Applications to the
Orhun Faculty Mobility Program are announced on the universities' own websites. Applications are usually accepted for the next academic year in May and June. Each university makes an application call by publishing its own protocol and quota information.

Information for Faculty Members Who Want to Benefit from Orhun Exchange Program
Participation and Excuses: Faculty members who qualify for the exchange program but do not participate without excuse may not benefit from this program for three years.
Section Limitation: There is no section limitation on applications. All applications are evaluated according to the admission decisions of the preferred host university of the faculty and the results are announced. The faculty members who will apply should check if there is a department in which they want to carry out teaching mobility at the university to which they wish to
apply.
Academic Activities: Academic activities within the scope of mobility of faculty members must be at least six hours per week. Academic activities such as seminars, panels or conferences are also considered in this scope if the course hours do not fill six hours per week
Activity Plan: The activities that the faculty member will carry out must be planned in detail. This plan is approved by the respective institution and the relevant academic units of the destination institution and must be delivered to the exchange program offices at least 15 days in advance. Special circumstances such as the language of instruction and the language in which the lecturer will
teach are taken into account.
Priority: Priority is given to applications from faculty members who have not previously participated in the exchange program.
Participation and Excuses: Faculty members who qualify for the exchange program but do not participate without excuse may not benefit from this program for three years.
