ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 2021–2027

Erasmus+ KA131 is a sub-action of the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme for the 2021–2027 period, supporting student and staff mobility among Programme Countries. Through the institutional grant allocated to higher education institutions, KA131 enables the implementation of student study mobility, student traineeship mobility, and academic and administrative staff mobility.

KA131 projects are established through annual calls issued by the European Commission and, in Türkiye, by the Turkish National Agency. Universities apply at the institutional level, and eligible institutions receive a budget allocation from which all mobility activities are carried out.

KA131 also supports the programme priorities of digital transformation, inclusion and diversity, environmental sustainability, and active citizenship. Higher education institutions commit to enhancing the quality, accessibility, and inclusiveness of their mobility activities in line with these priorities.
