According to the “Regulation on the Mevlana Exchange Program” published in the Official Gazette No. 28034 on August 23, 2011, and the “Principles and Procedures Regarding the Use, Accounting, and Payments of the Funds to Be Transferred to Higher Education Institutions under the Mevlana Exchange Program” approved at the General Assembly of the Council of Higher Education on July 7, 2011:

It was decided by the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education (Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu) at its meeting dated November 2, 2022, that the Mevlana Exchange Program will not be implemented until a new announcement is made.
