According to the “Regulation on the Exchange Program for Students and Academic Staff among Higher Education Institutions,” published in the Official Gazette No. 27145 dated February 18, 2009, and the “Principles and Procedures Regarding the Use, Accounting, and Payments of the Funds to Be Transferred by the Council of Higher Education to Higher Education Institutions for the Support of Domestic Academic Staff and Student Exchange Programs among Higher Education Institutions”:

It was decided by the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education (Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu) at its meeting dated November 2, 2022, that the Farabi Exchange Program will not be implemented until a new announcement is made.
